Welcome, we are Nicci McDonald, Amanda Serif and Nicola Cunningham, colleagues, friends and Registered Nutritional Therapists who truly believe that food does have the power to heal and bring balance back into our lives.  Our ‘food first’ philosophy aims to provide you with the tools that you need to set you on the road to rediscovering your health and sense of wellbeing.

My practice focuses on supporting women through the different stages of their lives and with my personalised and sustainable approach to nutrition, my clients eat well and feel better.  Combining my evidence-based nutrition knowledge and my love of of food, good nutrition becomes accessible, enjoyable and sustainable.

I am qualified to work with those with a cancer diagnosis, basing my approach on the latest evidence in the field of nutrition science and integrative oncology, supporting my clients to be well-nourished before, during and after treatment.​​​

Losing weight for me, over the years has been a challenge.  Like many, I've tried slimming clubs where I would lose weight but then I would gain it again, often with a bit extra as a bonus - a vicious cycle of dieting that achieved nothing other than a bigger number of the scales.  It is with this experience that I understand your weight loss challenges.
