Monday isn't the reset button.
Understanding why you eat the way you do is.

Not another diet. Not more willpower.  Just a different way to approach food.

Does this sound familiar?

I spend too much time thinking about food and whether I've got it "right".

One "off" meal turns quickly into "I'll start again on Monday".

I know what healthy eating looks like, I just can't make it stick.

I've spent years changing what I eat and it's exhausting to keep starting over.

Here's what we believe

Your next choice is more important than your last

You don't have to wait until Monday

Taking action before the next challenge arises leaves less to chance

Meet the team

Since True Food Nutrition was founded, we’ve worked with hundreds of women who thought they lacked willpower.

They didn't.

They were stuck in the same habits and patterns that keep so many women trapped in the "I'll start again on Monday" cycle.

We’re three highly qualified nutrition practitioners, Nicci McDonald, Amanda Serif and Nicola Cunningham, and we understand first-hand how it feels when it's yet another of those Mondays.

Our approach is grounded in real food and real life, not fads, gimmicks or quick fixes, helping  women change their mindset to achieve sustainable and lasting results.
